COP30 Debrief
Every year, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) hosts its Conference of the Parties, or COP, to assess global progress on climate action and to unite stakeholders to work together on solutions.
With tens of thousands of participants and a multitude of sessions and agenda points, following and digesting the outcomes of COPs can be challenging.
On the heels of COP30 in Belém, Brazil, from November 10 to 21, 2025, the UN Global Compact is proud to present COP30 Debrief, a live webinar on December 4, 2025 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am ET, providing expert context and nuance to the main headlines from COP30 and share priorities and opportunities for corporate action to drive progress in 2026.
The session will help business participants around the world:
- Understand key outcomes from COP30, including those that are relevant for the private sector.
- Learn about the status of countries’ climate action plans, or NDCs, how the private sector is already involved in the process, and why it is important for them to continue to engage.
- Find out about potential opportunities to engage in the ongoing work of the UNFCCC and Member States.
- Connect with and get your questions answered by leaders at the forefront of climate issues.
This session will be recorded. All registrants will receive a recording of the session once available.
