2025 Annual
Report

Dear Participants,
We are delighted to share the UN Global Compact Network USA’s 2025 Annual Report.

This year’s report highlights the growth of our network and the collective progress toward advancing corporate sustainability across the US private sector, as well as strengthening the market conditions for sustainable business.

2025 marked the 25th Anniversary of the United Nations Global Compact. This milestone marks how a bold idea has evolved into the world’s largest sustainability initiative. It is a reminder that through global change and uncertainty, the UN Global Compact remains a trusted partner, anchored in the principles of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and focused on equipping companies of all sizes, with the connections, guidance, and resources needed to build resilience and long-term value.

Looking ahead to 2026, our focus is on supporting US businesses to compete and set the tone in a rapidly shifting global landscape. We will advance responsible business, deepen practical and relevant programming, and strengthen collective action to help companies manage risk, unlock new opportunities, and set the foundation for long-term success. Together, we advance progress on some of the most pressing issues facing American companies, cultivating a more responsible, resilient, and competitive market.

Your commitment and leadership underscore the essential role US companies play in driving global sustainability and shared prosperity. These ambitions cannot be met without your engagement, innovation, and commitment.

Thank you for your continued participation and commitment to the implementation of sustainable initiatives. We look forward to building an even more impactful 2026 together.

Sincerely,
